An ex Citibanker turned entrepreneur and an author, Sanjay is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and a Chartered Accountant. His 30+ year career spans Banking, Technology, Analytics and now, ConsciousLeap a digital content platform for B2B and B2C. Sanjay has incubated several start-ups since 2001. Notably, he has co-founded Aurionpro with a $100m in turnover and Kairoleaf Analytics.
Anand Kasturi
Acclaimed learning and development professional and one of the first certified coach in the Indian industry
Anand has been a guide to Consciousleap since its earliest days of formulating the Make You Happen™ framework. His passion of delivering learning and coaching value finds expression in Consciousleap’s products directly or indirectly, as he believes in advancing the vision of ConsciousLeap as far as possible.

With a Master’s degree in English Literature with specialization in Gender and Sexuality Studies, Puja brings her literary and critical expertise to the content creation process of the company. Ravinder has about three decades of experience in Sales, mainly in the education vertical. He has been part of leading education and edtech startups and led their sales initiatives, mainly in North India.
