Founder / CEO, Author & Entrepreneur
An ex Citibanker turned entrepreneur and an author, Sanjay is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and a Chartered Accountant. His 30+ year career spans Banking, Technology, Analytics and now, ConsciousLeap a digital content platform for B2B and B2C. Sanjay has incubated several start-ups since 2001. Notably, he has co-founded Aurionpro with a $100m in turnover and Kairoleaf Analytics.
Anand Kasturi
Acclaimed learning and development professional and one of the first certified coach in the Indian industry
Anand has been a guide to Consciousleap since its earliest days of formulating the Make You Happen™ framework. His passion of delivering learning and coaching value finds expression in Consciousleap’s products directly or indirectly, as he believes in advancing the vision of ConsciousLeap as far as possible.

He has a passion to connect with people through teaching, training & consulting. Senior Manager – Instruction Design, Content and QA
With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Mahek has dedicated close to a decade exploring her curiosities through her writing. Having amassed a dynamic range of experience in content creation, she aims to synergise and present her learnings through her content pursuits at ConsciousLeap, while simultaneously training to become an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner.

Anamica spearheads the program development for Wellspire™ and is a MSc graduate in Psychology with an MBA. With a background in guidance Psychology, Counselling & Learning disability, Anamica has also worked as PGT Psychology & Counsellor in schools.
Madhavi Nathan
Chief Product Officer
Madhavi has been in the field of Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development since the past 30 years, developing Curriculum for some of the largest Indian and International publishers on a variety of subjects from Mathematics and IT to the Social Sciences.
In addition to her academic qualifications, she holds a Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice, a Diploma in Applied Buddhist Psychology and Ethics, Advance Facilitation Skills and Transfer of Learning, a Certificate in Outdoor Leadership and Risk Management, Design Thinking from IDEO U and Social Emotional Learning. She also holds qualifications in working with children with special needs.

Puja Boruah
Content Writer
With a Master’s degree in English Literature with specialization in Gender and Sexuality Studies, Puja brings her literary and critical expertise to the content creation process of the company. Working closely with the Content Manager of the Product team, her key area of focus is to serve content that best aligns with the products and the core values of ConsciousLeap.

Ravinder has about three decades of experience in Sales, mainly in the education vertical. He has been part of leading education and edtech startups and led their sales initiatives, mainly in North India. At ConsciousLeap, he looks after Business development, sales and customer engagement for North India.

Manager Implementation
Shilpi Sati is an MTech and MSW with over 10 years experience in managing large teams for implementation. Her expertise is in Project Management. She has been instrumental in deploying many projects in education at the grass root level while working for organizations like Room to Read, America India Trust and Embibe.
